Radiant Integrative Health Coaching offers nutrition-goal specific and integrative healthy lifestyle coaching packages and programs that are customized to meet your unique, individual needs. All programs are goal-oriented, results based and life changing! Intro ‘Wellness DIscovery’ Single Session

Duration: 1 hour

Description: This initial intake session will focus on reviewing your health history, discovering the core concepts of integrative health coaching, discussing your wellness goals and navigating which program or package is a fit for you.

Nutritional Intensive Strategy Single Session

Duration: 90 minutes

Description: This intensive session focuses on providing you with effective and practical solutions to 1-2 of your immediate nutritional goals. Common areas of focus include: daily calorie and macro calculation, daily nutritional routine structuring, basic supplementation, etc…

Quick Nutritional Reset Package

Duration: 3 x 1 hour sessions (45 days)

Description: Are you wanting to quickly improve your daily diet, gut health and body’s pH levels. This package is focused on supporting you in getting started with a quick nutritional reset that will set you up for success as you move forward with a healthy lifestyle.

Launch Program

Duration: 6 x 1 hour sessions (3 months)

Description: The ‘Launch’ program is designed to help you get off the starting line, identifying which areas of your well-being you need to improve and begin working together to forge a path towards success. You will learn core concepts of holistic wellness and how to strategically manage your health to achieve a higher level of well-being and personal satisfaction. What are you waiting for? Transform Program

Duration: 12 x 1 hour sessions (6 months)

Description: The ‘Transform’ program is designed to help you move beyond what’s covered in the ‘Launch Program’ into learning to set constructive, attainable goals while implementing healthy habits consistently to experience transformation in the form of sustained weight management, improved nutrition and gut health, increased joy and spiritual awareness, more fulfilling relationships and a deeper sense of self love.

Transcend Program

Duration: 24 x 1 hour sessions (12 months)

Description: The ‘Transcend’ program is designed to help you create the rich wellness lifestyle you desire. Create sustainable change in your life, as you improve all of the following areas of your well-being: nutrition, physical activity, home cooking, home environment, relationships, spirituality, joy and peace, finances, career, education and creativity. Transcend to a higher level of living and completely change your life!
